1. Eligibility

● You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments
● Glamee operates on a subscription-based model.
● Fees must be paid in advance as per the selected plan.
● All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.
● Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Free Trial / Demo
If a free trial or demo is offered, it is provided for evaluation purposes only. Glamee reserves the right to modify or discontinue trial access at any time.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of Glamee is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all business and customer data entered into the software. Glamee uses this data only to provide and improve the Services.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, content, trademarks, logos, and design elements related to Glamee are the exclusive property of Glamee. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. Service Availability
We strive to ensure uninterrupted access but do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
9. Termination
Glamee reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
● These Terms are violated
● The Services are misused
● Required payments are not made
You may stop using the Services at any time, but termination does not entitle you to a refund unless stated otherwise.
10. Limitation of Liability
Glamee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data, arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
